Though he’s known for leading a lavish life in Miami, he recently purchased a second home in Los Angeles, more specifically, Beverly Hills! And let me tell you, DJ Khaled house looks like something out of a fairy tale. The home has three 14K gold chandeliers with Swarovski crystals (with a special cleaning system); marble and walnut hardwood floors; impact windows; a movie theater with a 128-inch TV; and a wine room. There are also service quarters, golf cart parking and an iPad-controlled smart-house system. DJ Khaled is a family man, an extremely proud father who has Asahd in tow along his dream journey. He even released a pair of Nike Jordan Brand sneakers called, "The 'Father Of Asahd 3's." His son also joins him routinely on concert and award show stages.

An entire outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue and bar is elevated among the palm trees on the property, highlighting the home’s indoor-outdoor space. Indoors, the home is no less impressive, with a second kitchen located more centrally, boasting a modern sleet gray and bright orange color scheme. An airy living room space revolves around an ultraluxe glass coffee table, with an entire wall of glass sliders opening out onto the backyard deck and pool beyond that. Each of the bedrooms also boasts its own own floor-to-ceiling glass slider that leads out onto a private balcony; the master suite features a cozy sitting nook, lounge chairs, and an en suite bathroom. A topsy-turvy floating staircase connects the floors, and a funky yellow banana couch helps to add a pop of color to the otherwise ultramodern, neutral-toned space. Perhaps one of the highlights of the home, however, is a playroom that was set up just for Asahd, DJ Khaled’s beloved son, who is approaching two years old.

"Sadly, the initial buyer had an unforeseen family emergency and was unable to proceed with the sale," the broker, Janet Ben Zvi of ONE Sotheby's International Realty, tells PEOPLE. When it comes to real estate, DJ Khaled is finally handing over some major keys. The monumental Curmaru wood overhangs loom over the tropical residence’s façade, harmonious with mahogany windows and doors (including a four-door garage) and an expansive courtyard that blends indoors and outdoors.

And the furniture looks like he found it in a throne room somewhere. DJ Khaled, best known for being a hip-hop mogul and successful artist/DJ, is one of the biggest celebrities in the world right now. His association with acts like Justin Bieber, Lil Wayne, and Nicki Minaj have increased his star power many times over.
Sneaker Room

"Special cloth" is one of Khaled's famous sayings, used to describe impeccable style. Khaled—who will release his ninth album, Major Key, on July 29—says he wears "most" of his sneakers. "The ones I super love, I try to buy as many as possible," he says.
The producer previously purchased British singer Robbie Williams' Beverly Hills estate for $9.9 million. He also owned another home in Pembroke Pines, Florida, decorated with opulent furnishings and colorful accessories. The Grammy Award-winning musician and producer sold the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom palace to Beverly Hills-based plastic surgeon David Amron and his wife Jessica, according to Dirt.
On the property’s edge are 240 feet of frontage and a 50-foot boat dock. The 9 bedroom, 10.5 bathroom estate was designed by Cesar Molina and lacks no opulence. The tropical paradise spreads 15,246 square feet and is jam-packed with designer accents, lush landscaping, a two-level gazebo, and an incredible waterfront view. The design of the home has a specific focus on meditation and calmness, which is epitomized in the Curmaru wood overhangs and mahogany windows and doors. The indoor and outdoor spaces blend together thanks to an expansive outdoor courtyard, making it the ideal Miami Beach home. According to the Wall Street Journal, Eloy Carmenate and Mick Duchon of Douglas Elliman and Orli Rudolph of NextHome Realty Professionals, who handled the sale for Khaled, declined to comment on it.

The celebrity DJ has collaborated with superstars Rihanna, Jay-Z, Drake, Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Dogg, and Nicki Minaj, among others. After all, as a new dad, he could use the 12,750 square feet of extra space. The home is located in the gated community of Island Estates, and Khaled gave it a $2.5 million remodel, you know, to make it the best. The home now features 14K gold chandeliers with Swarovski crystals, a granite staircase, a movie theater, a chef's kitchen, and more.
The original listing came a few months after he dropped a whopping $21.75 million on a 12,750-square-foot minimalist mansion a few miles south in Miami Beach. DJ Khaled purchased the home from Michael Lerner, the entrepreneur behind “Baby on Board” signs. No word on whether Lerner sealed the deal by tossing the social media superstar a few of those car caution diamonds for his almost famous son. Judging from Asahd’s daring pool-diving exploits and his dad’s hypersonic jet skiing infatuation, danger is “hakuna matata” (no worries) to the Khaleds. Red-hot hip-hop producer DJ Khaled is too busy owning the world to spend his massive fortune. The All I Do Is Win impresario is doing just that—cashing in, living the dream and inviting us in (for free) every step of the way, via Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, award shows or song.

There’s no such thing as too much in DJ Khaled’s world of excess. The music producer recently spent the day at a luxurious $34.5 million mansion on man-made Hibiscus Island, soaking in the warm Miami sun from the comforts of a ritzy five-bedroom home. The main level features a gourmet chef’s kitchen, a family room, formal dining room and office. The open chef’s kitchen features a large center island and overlooks the family/living room, which has a TV and access to the back patio.
The mansion comes with access to white-glove amenities at Privé, an ultra-luxury condo development on a private eight-acre island. The backyard is the perfect place to watch the sunsets and sunsets. There’s a large landscaped deck with a covered outdoor kitchen, large waterfront pool, spa, hot tub, fire pit, bamboo grove, cabana and a 50-foot dock with 240 feet of waterfront. The lush landscaping makes the backyard feel like a veritable oasis. Landscaping lines the pool, while towering palm trees protect the property from prying eyes.
"I'm not signed to Cash Money at all. I've been off for a minute," Khaled revealed. This foresaw the release of his ninth studio album, Major Key (2016), which was met with further critical and commercial success as it debuted atop the Billboard 200 and yielded his first Grammy Award nomination for Best Rap Album. The four-story estate, built in 2001, features 14-karat gold chandeliers with Swarovski crystals, a granite staircase, wine room, chef’s kitchen, pool and Jacuzzi. It also has a media room and a master suite with a walk-in closet, and featured a separate closet for Khaled’s shoes. Marble and walnut floors make quite a statement, alternating throughout the interior. An enormous walk-in shoe closet was designed to hold 500 pairs of sneakers.
The rooms are largely traditional, painted white or cream, and some have floor-to-ceiling windows or glass doors opening to the backyard. Khaled, 45, paid $9.9 million when he purchased the 10,681-square-foot home from British singer Robbie Williams five years ago. My favorite party is the gorgeous kitchen, with two stoves and three ovens. DJ Khaled house Los Angles / Beverly Hills is 10,681-square-feet of pure Mulholland Estate luxury and sits on about three-fourths of an acre.
To access the upstairs bedrooms, there’s a beautiful spiral staircase that leads to all floors, plus an elevator. Perhaps one of the most impressive features of the home is the regal primary suite, with 30-foot-high soaring ceilings, direct terrace access and an en suite bathroom with a full couch. The bathroom features a deep soaking tub, sparkling chandelier, oversized shower and marble floors. When Khaled lived in the five-bedroom, six-bathroom estate, it included decorations fit for a king, including 14k gold chandeliers with Swarovski crystals, a gourmet kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows and a veranda with waterfront views. Over the years, Khaled spent over $2.5 million remodeling the property.
"When you walk in, I want you to feel the blessings," he tells PEOPLE in this week's issue. He first gained recognition as a radio host in the 1990s for the radio station 99 Jamz, and translated his popularity by working with Fat Joe's hip hop collective Terror Squad as a DJ for their live performances. After gaining production credits on the group's material,[6] Khaled independently released his debut album, Listennn...
